Digital products are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of download if the content is defective or inaccessible. To request a refund, please contact our support team using the link below.

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. To request a refund, please contact our support team. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or not as described. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued via the original method of payment.
